Payment Information:

Payment can be made at the time of registration with a credit card OR choose the payment by cheque option to delay payment. A registered delegate can log back in to the World Congress Registration Site to make a payment using a credit card at any time. Instructions for payment by cheques is provided.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

Full refund before April 1, 2012 less $25 administration fee
80% refund from April 1 to May 18, 2012 less $25 administration fee
50% refund after May 18, 2012

Student - Individuals can register as students if they were students in an imaging or radiation therapy academic program on or after, November 14, 2011. The student fee does not include the registration for any workshop being held on June 7.

Senior -A senior is a full practice qualified member who is 55 years of age or older and who is no longer directly or indirectly involved in professional practice.

Institutional pass allows an organization to share one registration among several technologists for the duration of the conference for $850. This option allows staff from one institution to alternate their attendance while maintaining adequate patient services. The regularly daily rate is $300.
